Currently, the status of cryptographic tokens, digital assets, and blockchain technologies is uncertain in the Russian Federation.
The goal of the SbercoinOne project is to study the possibilities of conducting legal commercial activities in the cryptosphere in the legal field of the Russian Federation. Our legal entity has a state certificate for carrying out business activities, but does not have a crypto license, since government agencies in the Russian Federation do not license such activities.
According to the
agreement published on the website (Russian language), the legal entity and the user conclude an agreement on the provision of services to explore the available capabilities of decentralized applications in the blockchain Ethereum. This is legal and does not violate the current legislation of Russian Federation.
The main task of the SbercoinOne project is to test the business logic of the legal sale of its own tokens in the Ethereum blockchain and go through all the steps from creation to payment of taxes. In case of a positive result, steps will be taken to create a company that provides services in the cryptosphere.
Within the framework of the SbercoinOne project, a secure method of interaction of users from Russia with the blockchain has been implemented. Payment for services is made by bank cards through a secure gateway to the address of the legal entity, the user receives SbercoinOne coins and a bonus in ETH. The funds received from the sale of coins are used for advertising, taxes, payment of network commissions, etc.
The coin created as part of the project is
simply an ERC-20 standard coin in the Ethereum blockchain. A coin is not a monetary instrument, a digital currency, or any other means of payment. The coin is not secured by anything and the user is not guaranteed any benefit in case of its purchase. The coin is not related to Sberbank in any way and is not a cryptocurrency of Sberbank.
In 2022, it is planned to transfer 50,000 coins to real users. The cost of 1 SbercoinOne coin is approximately $5
Users from Russia can buy coins by paying with bank cards, users from other countries can buy them through the Metamask or another crypto wallet.
To receive SbercoinOne coins, you need to transfer $5 to USDC/USDT or an equivalent amount to the
official eth address of the Organizer, after which SbercoinOne coins will be transferred to you by a reverse transaction to your address.
Or you can swap it on
Uniswap.
